How Qwick works

Welcome to Qwick! Whether you are a business partner looking to fill shifts, or a hospitality professional eager to find flexible work in the industry you love, we're so happy you're here.

Here's an overview of the Qwick platform and how easy it is to find or fill shifts!

  1. Businesses post shifts to the marketplace for professionals to apply to. (Or, they can send direct offers to pros or groups of pros they enjoy working with.)

  2. Pros apply to shifts, with pending applications visible in the Applied tab on the home page of the app.

  3. Businesses review shift applicants and select all their preferred professionals, even if this represents more people than there are spots on the shift.

  4. Pros who are selected for a shift will be notified in the app. Pros will only hear about their shift applications if they are selected for the shift.

  5. Pros must confirm the selection by the business within the app to add the shift to their schedule; the first pro to confirm gets the shift.

  6. The pro works the shift and the business pays the professional within 48 hours after the end of the shift.

  7. Once a business pays the professional, the pro will be notified that they have been paid. The pro can either wait for the money to be sent to them from their Stripe account, or they can use the Qwick instant pay feature to get their money in 30 minutes or less.

  8. Businesses continue to post shifts as needed, and professionals keep applying for and working shifts as they prefer.
