How Pros Get Paid

Pros must use the time clock feature to clock in and out of their Shifts to verify attendance and Shift times worked.

Businesses pay Shifts after the shift is over, usually within 48 hours. The payment is reflected in the Earnings tab of the app as “Available Now”.

Pros can get paid immediately after the Shift is paid with the Instant Payment feature if they wish, or they can wait until Stripe transfers the funds to their personal account.

Stripe transfers will be listed in the app as a payment “On the Way” with an expected arrival date, typically two business days after Stripe transfers the money.
