Businesses have the freedom to choose whichever pros they want from their pool of applicants, just like pros have the final choice in what shifts they want to work based on who has selected them.
Our business partners have notified us that pros calling them directly to be selected for shifts often has an adverse effect, and the business is not likely to ever choose them.
Pros are encouraged to contact Qwick support with any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding shift payment, wages, or time.
