When Pros get paid for Shifts

If you are concerned about payment for a Shift that you have not received yet, please see below: 

  1. Qwick requests Businesses to pay Pros within 48 hours of the Shift's Completion, not immediately

  2. Qwick sends Businesses that have unpaid Shifts daily reminders

  3. Qwick will reach out directly and repeatedly to Businesses that are more than 2 days behind on paying Shifts out

Pros are required to use the Time Clock Feature in the app to verify location and shift times. Not using the feature can cause payment delays, rejection of payment disputes, and possible suspensions from the platform

Pros are encouraged to contact Qwick support (not the business) with questions, concerns, or disputes regarding Shift payment, wage, or time. This is the fastest way to get your payment dispute handled. We, Qwick, will be glad to work with the business to get your payment issues addressed and be your intermediary in this process
