When will I get paid for my shift?
We know payments are important to you! We want to ensure you get payment as quickly as possible. Please know there are a few factors that impact how quickly this happens.
If you complete a shift without properly clocking in and out, the business will have to verify your time. This may take up to 48 hours to review before payment is sent. Be sure to clock in and out while you're on site to avoid these delays.
Your payment might be sitting in your Zeal balance as available for transfer. Funds will remain in your account until you transfer them out, which you can do in the Earnings tab of the Qwick app.
Please note: Qwick doesn’t store any of your payment information; all information is stored securely within Zeal. Once payment is sent, each bank may have a different processing time.

Pros are encouraged to contact Qwick support (not the business) with questions, concerns, or disputes regarding shift payment, wage, or time. This is the fastest way to get your payment dispute handled. We will be glad to work with the business to get your payment issues addressed and be your intermediary in this process.
