When will I get paid for my shift?

We know payments are important to you! We want to ensure you get payment as quickly as possible. Please know there are a few factors that impact how quickly this happens.

If you complete a shift without properly clocking in and out, the business will have to verify your time. This may take up to 48 hours to review before payment is sent. Be sure to clock in and out while you're on site to avoid these delays.

Your payment might be sitting in your Stripe balance as available. You can wait for standard pay to send your payment, or select instant pay if you're interested in a quicker payout.

Please note: Qwick doesn’t store any of your payment information; all information is stored securely within Stripe. Once payment is sent - each bank may have different processing times as well.

Pros are encouraged to contact Qwick support (not the business) with questions, concerns, or disputes regarding shift payment, wage, or time. This is the fastest way to get your payment dispute handled. We will be glad to work with the business to get your payment issues addressed and be your intermediary in this process.
