Instant Payout

Professionals have two options for payouts - to receive their money via Instant Pay or standard pay. Instant payout allows professionals to receive their shift earnings within ~30 minutes after the business confirms payment.

To qualify for instant pay:

You must have a debit card on file as your payout default method.

You must have at least $20 in your Stripe account.

Please note: Instant Pay is not supported for pre-paid debit cards.

• The Instant Payout fee is 3% of the transaction (standard does not have a fee)

• Instant Pay is only available between the time a business pays a shift and Stripe transfers the funds via standard bank transfer, which occurs every business day at 8 pm EST.

To unlock Instant Pay for future payments, you would need to remove the current bank information in your Stripe account and add a qualifying debit card. You can find out if yours is eligible by checking here: https://docs.stripe.com/payouts/instant-payouts-banks

*Note, Stripe, our payment partner, has initiated a pause on using the instant payout feature for 48 hours after a professional changes their payment method to a debit card or changes out their debit card. After the 48-hour period is over, you will be able to use the instant payout feature. Instant pay is not currently available for W-2 shifts.
