How Qwick Works

Location Permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt Pros to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply for or confirm Shifts without this setting

Welcome to Qwick! We are glad you are here!. Here is how the Qwick process of filling a Shift works:

  1. Businesses post Shifts and can request multiple Pros for a Shift if they wish.

  2. Pros apply to Shifts, and applications will be listed in the “Applied” tab on the app.

  3. Businesses will select all the applications they like for each Shift from the pool of applications they receive.

  4. Pros who are selected for Shifts will be notified in the app. Pros will only hear about their Shift applications if they are selected for a Shift.

  5. Pros must confirm the Shift selection within the app; the first Pro to confirm gets the Shift.

  6. The Pro will go to work the Shift and the business will pay the Pro within 48 hours after the end of the Shift

  7. Once a business pays the Pro, the Pro will be notified that they have been paid. The Pro can either wait for the money to be sent to them from their Stripe account or they can use the Qwick Instant Pay feature to get their money in 30 minutes or less.

  8. Businesses keep posting Shifts as they need, and Pros keep applying to and working Shifts as they want to.
