What if I'm running late to a shift?

Confirming a shift means you’re committing to work that shift and plan to arrive on time for its start. We understand life happens, If you’re running late for any reason, please text Qwick support at 79425 as well as message the business via the in-app chat feature.

Please note, that reaching out to appropriate parties, does not excuse a late arrival. If you're unable to make the shift on time and the business cannot take a late arrive, you may be turned away and sent home, forfeiting any minimum.

What if I need to cancel a confirmed shift?
