Using In-App Messaging

Qwick has an in-app message feature to keep personal information secure. Once you have confirmed a Shift, you and the business can communicate with each other in the app, see below:

  • Tap schedule

  • Tap the confirmed Shift to open it up

  • Tap text to send the manager on duty a message

The business can also communicate with you. If the business sends you a message, you will see it on the Shift in your schedule tab. Open the Shift and then tap the message icon to respond.

Pros cannot use the In-App message feature to cancel or call out to a Shift, Pros must cancel a Shift within the app. If a Pro sends an In-App message to cancel a Shift, they will still be suspended if they are listed as a late Call Out or No Call No Show
