Message businesses on confirmed shifts in-app

Qwick has an in-app message feature to keep personal information secure. Once you have confirmed a shift, you and the business can communicate with each other directly within the app!

This feature currently only messages the business attached to the confirmed shift. If you need Qwick support, please text us at 79425 for assistance related to your account. This feature should only be used to communicate shift-specific information with the business.

To message a business you're confirmed with:

  • Tap Schedule

  • Tap the confirmed shift to open it up

  • Tap Text to send the manager on duty a message

The business can also communicate with you. If the business sends you a message, you will see it on the shift in your schedule tab. Open the shift and then tap the message icon to respond.

Pros cannot use the in-app message feature to cancel or call out of a shift. Pros must cancel shifts directly within the app. If a pro sends an in-app message to cancel a shift without properly cancelling/communicating with Qwick support, penalties may apply.
