Posting a single shift

  1. Click Post Shift on the menu bar at the top, in the pop-up modal, OR click Create New at the top right and then click Shift.

  2. Choose the date you want to post for, and click Continue.

  3. Click Add Shift. Choose a previously used shift or add one with Add a Shift, then click Apply.

  4. The default address for your location will be added to each shift. Use the pencil icon next to the shift address you need to change if you need the professional to go to a different location for one of the shifts, click Continue.

  5. Click Add Position, and use a template or add a position, which you can save as another template. You can also edit your saved templates with the pencil icon. Once the position is set, click Apply.

  6. Verify or update the pay rate for the position, and the number of pros needed for the position.

  7. The most recent manager on duty will be listed for the position. Use that contact, or change it with the pencil icon, if needed.

  8. Verify the total cost of the shift, add a promo code at the top if applicable, and click Finish and Post.
