Paying Pros

Qwick does not require Gigs to be paid immediately, we request they be paid within 48 hours of the Shift's completion.

From your phone or PC/laptop, go to app.gigpro.com, log in if needed

If the Shift Start Time has passed but not the Shift End Time (ie the Pro is leaving or has left the Shift early):

  1. Click on the Schedule Tab

  2. Find the Shift the Pro is working on

  3. Click Show Confirmed Pros

  4. Click Pay Pro

    1. If the pro used the Time Clock Feature to clock in, click Reported Hours

  5. Click Adjust Hours to adjust the End Time of the Shift to the Time the Pro left

  6. Tip the pro (if needed)

  7. Rate the Pro (1-5 Stars), leave a review if you wish

  8. Favorite the Pro (optional)

  9. Block the Pro (optional)

  10. An email receipt of the transaction will be sent once the payment is completed. This is immediate for CC payment methods and takes 5 business days for ACH.

If the Shift End Time has passed:

  1. Click Pay Pro on the orange Shift card on the home page

    1. If the pro used the Time Clock Feature to clock in and/or out, click the reported Hours Tab

  2. Click adjust hours (if needed)

  3. Tip the Pro (if needed)

  4. Rate the Pro (1-5 Stars), leave a review if you wish

  5. Favorite the Pro (optional)

  6. Block the Pro (optional)

  7. An email receipt of the transaction will be sent once the payment is completed. This is immediate for CC payment methods and takes 5 business days for ACH.

Qwick's Time Clock Feature is a compendium resource to help log, adjust, and pay Pros. Whatever shift times you enter for the Pros is the time they will be paid for. For assistance, contact Qwick Support, and we will be glad to assist you.
