Qwick time clock feature

Edited

*Location permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt professionals to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply to or confirm shifts without this setting.

Qwick enables professionals to clock in and out of their shifts for accurate shift times. Businesses have the final say on shift times when paying professionals. Pros can clock in or out between 5 minutes before a shift start time and 4 hours after a shift end time. Businesses can pay pros for their shift anytime after the shift starts. Pros are required to share their location and must be within a half-mile of the location to clock in and out of shifts.

  • Once a pro has clocked in, the manager on duty will receive a notification, and the pro's status will appear as clocked in on the Schedule page. The pros' location where they clocked in is also captured.

  • Once the shift end time passes, pros will be prompted to clock out. Pros can extend their time if they have been asked to stay late by you, and they must remain on site to do so.

  • If pros leave the location and stay outside the .5 mile radius of the location for more than 15 minutes before the shift time ends, you will be notified.

  • Pros will automatically be clocked out 4 hours after the designated end shift time if they have not already clocked out.

  • Once the pro has clocked out, they are prompted with a timesheet where they can make any adjustments.

Once the professional submits their timesheet, they can view their shift in the earnings tab. Upon submission, the location manager and manager on duty will be notified that the pro has clocked out. The hours submitted on the timesheet will be reflected when a location manager goes to pay a pro. The location manager can still adjust the hours as needed.
