Adjusting hours when paying a shift
From your phone or desktop, visit biz.qwick.com, log in if necessary, and navigate to the home page.
If a professional has used the time clock feature to clock in and/or out for the shift:
Click Pay Pro
Click the Reported Hours tab
Verify the time the pro clocked in or out. If it is incorrect for the time they worked, then you can adjust it here
Click Pay Pro while on the Reported Hours tab to pay the pro for the time clocked or adjusted
*BE CAREFUL - If you click back on the Contracted Hours tab, the pro’s clock time or adjusted time will not be recorded, and you will pay the pro the contracted time
Tip the professional, if applicable
Leave a star rating and a review, if desired
Favorite the pro if you would like to work with them again, or Block the pro if you'd like future shifts posted to be hidden from them in the future (optional)
Qwick's time clock feature is a resource to help log, adjust, and pay professionals. Whatever shift times you enter for the pros is the time they will be paid for.
If a professional has not used the time clock feature to clock in and/or out for the shift:
Click Pay Pro
Click Adjust Hours
Change the date, start, and end time as needed (please ensure the AM/PM options are correct)
Click Pay Pro
Tip the pro, if applicable
Leave a star rating and a review, if desired
Favorite the pro if you would like to work with them again, or Block the pro if you'd like future shifts posted to be hidden from them in the future (optional)
