I can’t do instant pay
Uh oh! Your shift payment has been sent over and you are hoping to get it ASAP, but you're not able to select the instant pay option. There could be a few reasons why this is the case. Please note - W-2 shifts are not eligible for instant pay. See more about W-2 payments here.
It says your debit card is not supported for instant payment. Zeal does not support pre-paid debit cards other than their own for instant payment. Your debit card must be from a major national bank (e.g., Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Chime, etc.)
Your default payment method is a checking account. Change your payment method to a debit card to use instant pay!
Your payment is listed as “Funds in transit” in the app. Only money that says "Funds available" can be instant paid. If the payment is in transit, instant pay is not available, as it's currently in transit to your payment method on file.
The business hasn't verified your payment/shift times just yet. The business must pay for the shift before you can use the instant pay feature. The app will notify you when you have been paid. Businesses have up to 48 hours to settle shift payments.
Zeal is missing information. If you have not added your Social Security number and updated identification documents for verification, you will be unable to receive any payout via Zeal. You should see prompts to complete this directly in your Zeal dashboard if needed.
You no longer have a valid payment method on file. If you closed or lost your debit card, you'll need to get this updated before we can send your payment. Please contact Qwick support by texting 79425 for assistance.
