App is slow or not working properly
If your app seems slow or is not working properly, try the following troubleshooting solutions:
Close the app entirely and reopen it.
Keeping the app open keeps updates from installing. Periodically closing and reopening the app will refresh it.
Close all your apps entirely and then reopen the app.
Having lots of apps open can affect the performance of any app. Periodically close and reopen your apps to keep their performance up.
Log out of the app and log back in.
Logging out and back into the app cycles the app instance, helping to ensure peak performance. To log out, tap the three lines at the top right of the home page, then the Settings tab, and then tap Logout.

Update your device.
Device software must be up to date to ensure proper functionality. Please ensure your device is using the latest operating system available.
