Updating the Qwick App
If your app is running slow or you are seeing unusual errors, you may need to update our app. To check and see what version of the app you have and update it, see below:
Tap on the three lines at the top right of the home page
Scroll to the bottom of the menu page and see what version you have
If you need to update your app, there will be an Update button, tap it
OR
Close the app
Go to the app or play store on your device and search for the Qwick app
If there is an option to update the app, do so there
OR
Uninstall the app
Check your cloud storage on your phone for a copy of the app and if there is one, delete it
Reinstall the app and try again
If your app is up to date and you are still experiencing an issue, fill out the support form in the orange bubble below and include screenshots of the issue and your app version and our support team will be glad to assist you.
