Pros Working Extra Time on a Shift
Location Permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt Pros to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply for or confirm Shifts without this setting
Qwick will make sure Pros who work longer than the posted Shift time get paid for all the time they work on the Shift. There is a feature built into the platform that allows our business partners to adjust the Shift time so they can pay Pros for all the time they worked.
Pros can log their extra time with our Time Clock feature. If a Pro is asked to stay late for a Shift, they will use the Time Clock Feature to log that time. See below how to do this.
Once the contracted Shift time is complete, Pros will be prompted to clock out or extend their Shift time.
Pros can extend their Shift time in only the first 15 minutes after the Shift end time passes
Pro can hit “notify manager that you are still working.” A text message will be sent to the manager on duty informing them that the Pro is still working.
Once this is done, the app will show the time extension when the Pro clocks out.
