How to Clock In & Out of a Shift
Location Permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt Pros to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply for or confirm gigs without this setting
1 Hour before the Shift Start Time, Pros will receive a notification in the app of their upcoming Shift.
5 minutes before the Shift starts, Pros will receive a notification in the app and clock in. Pros must be within .5 miles of the Shift to Clock In.
Once a Pro has clocked in, the Manager on Duty will receive a notification, and the Pro's status will appear as clocked in on the schedule page. The Pros' location where they clocked in is also captured.
Pros can clock out anytime after the Shift starts, and businesses can pay a Pro anytime after a Gig starts.
Pros can Extend the Shift in the App if they are working past the Shift end time
Once the Shift end time passes, Pros will be prompted to clock out. Pros will automatically be clocked out 4 hours after the end of the shift for the designated end shift time if they have not clocked out already.
Once the Pro submits their timesheet, they can view their Shift in the earnings tab. Upon submission, the Location Manager and Manager on Duty will be notified that the Pro has clocked out. The hours submitted on the timesheet will be reflected when a Location Manager goes to pay a Pro. The Location Manager can still adjust the hours as needed.
*Note: If a Pro wishes to dispute a payment or Shift cancellation after the Shift Start Time, they must have fully used the Time Clock features.
