I can’t clock in to my shift (time clock troubleshooting)

If you have been having issues using the time clock feature, see below:

  • Pros must be within .5 miles of the shift location to clock in

  • Pros cannot clock into a shift until 5 minutes before the shift starts

  • Location permissions are required to be "always on" to use the time clock feature

Businesses still have the final approval of all hours for shifts, regardless of whether the pro used the time clock feature or not.
