I'm Having Trouble Clocking In

If you’re having trouble using the in-app time clock, here are a few important things to know:

Before you clock in

  • You must be within 0.5 miles of the shift location to clock in.

  • You can clock in up to 5 minutes before your shift start time - not any earlier.

  • Location permissions for the Qwick pro app must be set to “Always On.”

If you’re having issues clocking in

If the time clock isn’t working as expected:

  • Check in with the onsite manager first to let them know you’re present and ready to work. They can assist in adjusting your times as well and should always be the first stop.

  • Don’t worry! Your time can still be recorded even if you’re unable to clock in through the app and you'll be paid accordingly.

Important to know

  • Businesses have final approval of all worked hours, whether the in-app time clock was used or not.

  • As long as you communicate with the onsite manager and complete your shift as scheduled, your proper time will be reviewed and recorded.
