Fees for Pros (Workers)

The only fee Qwick charges the Pros (workers) on the platform is the Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) Fee. The fee is $0.38 per hour for each Shift and provides coverage to the Pro while they are on the Shift.
There is an optional fee that Pros can choose to pay, that fee is the Instant Payment Fee, which is 3% of the transaction.
Qwick's Mission is to bring workers back to the Hospitality Industry, and we have set the minimum rate/hr for a Shift on our platform at $15/Hr or more, based on the city Shifts are posted.
