Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI)

We hope no one ever gets hurt on a shift, but accidents happen. Every pro working on the Qwick platform is protected by Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) — coverage specifically for injuries that occur while you're working a shift.
OAI is not the same as Workers' Compensation. It's a separate policy designed to cover pros for accidents that happen on the job while working through Qwick.
The OAI fee
You pay $0.38 per hour for each shift you work. This amount is deducted automatically from your shift earnings, so your coverage never lapses — there's nothing you need to do to stay covered.
If you're injured on a shift
