Sending a new shift to a professional or group

Edited

You can send a shift to a specific professional or group of professionals using the Connect tab!

Offer a pro a new shift

  • Verify you have the location selector at the top right set to the location you need the pro for, and then click the Connect tab

  • Look for matching pros that meet the needs of the shift, or use the search bar at the top to look for a specific professional

  • Click on the professional to open the pro profile

  • Click Send offer, then Create a shift for this pro

  • Choose the day and shift time you want the pro to work

  • Fill out the shift card like usual

  • Check if you want the shift to recur or not, click Continue

  • Verify the pay rate, then click Post shifts

  • The professional has now been sent a direct shift offer; all they have to do is confirm!

    • This Shift is a private shift, only this pro can see this shift

    • This feature can be used to pay a pro for a shift they worked on but were never confirmed or applied to. In this instance, send the pro an offer for 15 minutes, and after the "shift" is over, adjust the hours and the date of the shift to pay them for the shift they worked. Offer a pro group a new shift

  • Click Send Offer and Create a shift for this group

  • Choose the day and shift time you want the pro to work

  • Fill out the shift card like usual

  • Check if you want the shift to recur or not, click Continue

  • Verify the pay rate, click Post shifts

  • All the pros in the group have now been sent a direct offer, and the first to confirm will get the shift.

    • This shift is a private shift; only the pros in this group can see this shift.
