Offering a pro or pro group an existing shift

You can offer a specific pro or a pro group an existing shift using the Connect tab!

Offer a professional an existing shift

Verify you have the location selector set to the location you need the pro for, and click on the Connect tab
Search for matching pros that meet the needs of the shift
Click on the professional to open their pro profile
Click Send Offer and then Offer an existing shift
Choose the upcoming shift you have posted to send to the pro
The pro is now selected; all the pro has to do is confirm!

Offer a pro group an existing shift

Click the pro group you want to send an offer to
Click Send Offer and choose the upcoming shift you have posted
All the professionals in the group are now selected, and the first to confirm will get the shift!
