Adding attachments to shifts

Businesses can add attachments to shifts when they post them, including parking instructions, menus, drink recipes, and more. To add an attachment to a shift post or a template, see below.

Adding an attachment to a shift post

You will see a few different areas to add attachments in the normal shift posting flow:

• Below the arrival instructions - This is a great place to add a map or other visuals to aid professionals in parking or finding the appropriate check-in location for the shift.

• When setting up or editing position templates - This is a great place to add any position-specific information pros should know, including menus, recipes or processes they will be expected to follow, or examples of proper attire for the role.

• Below the manager on duty - Consider adding attachments similar to the above, but for details that are only relevant to this particular shift or event.

For all attachments, please note that only .gif,.jpeg,.png,.jpg,.pdf file types are supported.
