Posting a shift from the schedule calendar
Qwick allows managers to post multiple shifts for different days, shift times, and positions simultaneously. See below how to post a schedule:
Click Post Shift on the menu bar at the top, Post Schedule in the pop-up modal, OR click Create New at the top right and then click Post Schedule.
Choose the dates of the shifts you need to post (e.g. the 11th, 13th, and 15th), and click Continue.
On the first shift, click Add Shift. Choose a previously used shift, or add a new one and click Apply.
Repeat this process for each day until all the shift days and times are listed. Use the Copy to All button if you need the same shift filled for each day. Click Continue.
The default address for your location will be added to each shift. Use the pencil icon next to the shift address you need to change if you need the pro to go to a different location for one of the shifts. Click Continue.
Click Add Position on the first shift, and use a template or add a position and save it as another template. You can also edit your saved templates with the pencil icon. Once the position is set, click Apply.
Verify or update the pay rate for the position, and the number of pros needed for the position.
Repeat the above two steps for each position, or Copy to All if you need the same position as the first one listed.
The most recent manager on duty will be listed for each position. Use that contact, or change it with the pencil icon as needed for each shift.
Verify the total cost of each shift, add a promo code at the top if applicable, and click Post Shifts.
