Changing email addresses for shift receipts

Stripe, our payment processing partner, only allows one email address for receipts. From your phone or desktop, navigate to biz.qwick.com and log in, if needed:

  1. Click on the Locations tab

  2. For the organization or location whose receipts you need to change/update the email address on, click on the pencil icon

  3. Change the Billing tab at the top

  4. Re-enter all your billing info, and enter the new email address you want the receipts to be sent to

  5. Click Save

Your shift payment receipts will now be sent to the email address you specified. Please reach out to Qwick support for help by texting 79425. Our team will be glad to assist you.
