Changing Email Addresses for Shift Receipts

Stripe, our partner for all payment processing, only allows 1 email address for receipts. From your phone or PC/laptop, go to biz.qwick.com and log in as needed:

  1. Click on the Locations tab

  2. For the Organization or Location whose receipts you need to change/update the email address on, click on the pencil icon

  3. Change the Billing Tab at the top

  4. Re-enter all your billing info, and enter the new email address you want the receipts to go to

  5. Click save

Your Shift payment receipts will now go to the email address you need them to be sent to. Contact Qwick Support for Assistance, and our accounts team will be glad to assist you.
