Should I update my organization or location billing?
Choose Organization-level billing if:
Multiple locations use the same payment method.
You want new locations to automatically inherit the payment method.
Choose Location-level billing if:
One location has a different bank account
Each location manages its own billing.
**Important: A valid payment method must be on file before you can post shifts or select Professionals.
Connecting your bank account
There are two ways to connect your bank account:
Online banking login: Your bank account is verified immediately.
Manual entry: Stripe verifies your account through a small microdeposit. This process typically takes about two business days.

Manual ACH verification
If you connect your bank account using your online banking credentials, the change takes effect immediately.
If you choose Enter Bank Details Manually, Stripe will verify your account using a small microdeposit. During this verification period, your current payment method (if you have one) will remain active. Once your ACH account has been verified, it will become your default payment method.
The manual entry process takes two business days to complete:
Day 1 - Initiate manual entry for ACH
Day 2 - Stripe sends a $0.01 microdeposit to your bank account for verification
Day 3 - Stripe will email you requesting that you verify the "microtransaction". You can do this by entering the 6-digit transaction code in the verification email Stripe sends. The verification code begins with "SM" followed by four additional letters or numbers (for example, SMGUJE or SM4TY6)
Tip: ACH payments generally have lower processing fees than credit card payments.
