Pros Contacting Businesses Outside of the App

Pros are not allowed to contact businesses for any reason outside of the in-app messaging feature. If a Pro has a question about a Shifts or a payment and cannot contact the business in the app, the Pro must contact Qwick Support for assitance

If you have been receiving calls, texts or emails from Pros about Shifts, Shitf payments, or anything Qwick related, contact Qwick Support with the name of the Pro and any other information you have on the Pro, and Qwick will notify them to stop or even remove them from the platform
