Professionals contacting businesses outside of the app

Professionals are not allowed to contact businesses for any reason outside of the in-app messaging feature. If a pro has a question about a shift or payment and cannot contact the business through the app, they must contact Qwick support for assistance.
If you have been receiving calls, texts, or emails from professionals regarding shifts, shift payments, or other Qwick-related matters, please text 79425 with the name of the professional and any additional information you have. Qwick will notify them to stop, reinforce expectations around communication boundaries, and take corrective action if necessary.
