Using the in-app message feature

Qwick offers in-app messaging to keep both your manager's and the professional's information private. Once you have a confirmed pro on a shift, you will be able to message them:

  1. Click the chat icon on the shift in the Schedule tab or on the Shift page

  2. Choose which professional(s) you would like to message

  3. You can send bulk messages to all pros

In-app messaging can be used to communicate important shift updates to professionals and share details such as contact information or parking instructions.
