A certification badge indicates that Qwick has identified the Professional as a top performer in a specific position, such as:
Dishwasher
Line Cook
Prep Cook
Bartender
Server
Other eligible positions
Certification badges help businesses quickly identify Professionals who have demonstrated strong performance in a particular role.
How Certification Badges Are Awarded
Certification badges are awarded by Qwick based on a Professional's demonstrated success in a specific position.
When determining certification eligibility, Qwick considers factors such as:
Performance in that position
Reliability
Meeting shift expectations
Overall success in similar shifts
Certification badges are awarded by Qwick and cannot be requested or assigned by businesses.
Medal Badges vs. Certification Badges
Badge Type | What It Means |
|---|---|
Bronze, Silver, Gold Medal | Recognizes a Professional's overall reliability, shift activity, ratings, and compliance with Qwick's standards across the platform. |
Certification Badge | Identifies a Professional who has demonstrated strong performance in a specific position or role. |
What Happens if a Professional Loses Their Medal Badge?
If a Professional receives a call-out, no-call/no-show (NCNS), or another suspension-related violation, they will lose their medal badge.
Professionals may become eligible to earn their medal badge again after 6 months, provided they once again meet all badge requirements.
