Qwick Match Feature for Shifts

Qwick's Match feature lets managers have Qwick find the best Pros for their Shifts! After a business posts a Shift, our Match feature will find the best Pros as they apply for the Shift and select them, removing the need for the manager to manually select Pros.

Also, our Match feature will automatically select the business’s Favorite Pros who have worked that position for them before, removing the need to offer their Shifts to Pros they know they want back.

Managers will always have full control over who is selected for Shifts. Managers can remove recommended and selected Pros and any applicants they do not like.
