Qwick match feature for shifts

Qwick's match feature lets managers have Qwick find the best professionals for their shifts. After a business posts a shift, our match feature identifies the best pros as they apply for the shift and selects them, eliminating the need for managers to manually select pros.

Additionally, our match feature will automatically select the business’s favorite professionals who have worked in that position for them before, eliminating the need to send offers to pros they know they want to work with again.

Managers will always have complete control over who is selected for shifts, and can make adjustments to the roster as needed, even if matching is turned on.
