Cancellation fees

If a business cancels a confirmed shift within 24 hours of the shift start time, the business may be required and agrees to pay a 4-hour minimum, including any associated fees. If more than 24 hours' notice of cancellation is given, there will be no charge to the business.
If a business instructs the professional to stop work earlier than the shift's planned end time, the business is required to pay all charges associated with the professional services received and may be charged up to 4 hours, if the shift was scheduled for more than 4 hours.
