Cancellation fees

Edited

If a business partner cancels a confirmed shift within 24 hours of the shift start time, the business may be required to pay fees of up to 50% of the value of the shift.

If a business cancels a confirmed shift within 24 hours before the shift start time, the business may be required and agrees to pay 50% of the charges of the shift, including both the payment for the professional, the Stripe fee, and the platform fee. If more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, there will be no charge to the business.

If a business instructs the professional to stop work earlier than the shift's planned end time, the business is required to pay all charges associated with the professional services received and may be charged 50% of the remaining charges for any time not completed in the shift. For example, for an 8-hour shift, if the business ends the shift after 4 hours, the Business will be charged for the 4 hours the professional worked, plus 2 hours (50% of the shift time remaining but not worked).
