Paying Tips or Gratuity for Shifts

A business can pay Pro tips or gratuity through the platform. When a manager pays a Pro for a Shift, they are given the option to "Add a tip," and they can enter the amount of the tip there. Qwick charges a fee for handling the tip transaction that is lower than the fee for the Shift itself.
If a Shift description includes the words "plus tips" or "plus gratuity", then the business will be expected to pay the Pro tips. If the Shift description does not include these terms, then the Pro should not expect to be paid tips for the Shift.
