How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to hear the Qwick platform isn't working for you! Please know, this is a permanent decision, so before you go, please reach out to the support team with any feedback or to help answer any questions you may have prompting this decision.

If you still wish to delete your pro profile, you can do it yourself in the app:

1. Open the app

2. Tap on the 3 lines at the top right of the homepage

3. Tap Settings

4. Tap Delete my account

You will not be able to reactivate your account once you delete it, so please be certain you want to proceed. Pros who delete their profiles to avoid suspensions or low ratings will be removed from the platform.
