Profile picture troubleshooting

If you are having issues uploading your profile picture, please try the below troubleshooting actions:

  • Take a selfie and save it on your phone

  • Complete the rest of your pro profile

  • From the home page, tap the three lines in the top right

  • Tap Profile

  • Tap the pencil icon to the right of your preferred name

  • Tap replace photo

  • Tap the picture icon at the bottom right of the camera screen

  • Upload the selfie you just took

  • Click the check mark at the top right to save

  • Tap Save

Your profile picture should be saved now. If you continue to have issues with this, please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to our team using the black Contact Suport button at the top of this page.
