Profile picture troubleshooting

If you are having issues uploading your profile picture, please try the below troubleshooting actions:
Take a selfie and save it on your phone
Complete the rest of your pro profile
From the home page, tap the three lines in the top right
Tap Profile
Tap the pencil icon to the right of your preferred name
Tap replace photo
Tap the picture icon at the bottom right of the camera screen
Upload the selfie you just took
Click the check mark at the top right to save
Tap Save
Your profile picture should be saved now. If you continue to have issues with this, please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to our team using the black Contact Suport button at the top of this page.
