Profile Picture Troubleshooting

If you are having issues getting your selfie taken for your profile picture, try the below:
Take a selfie and save it on your phone.
Complete the rest of your Pro Profile.
From the Home (Shifts) page, tap the three lines at the top right.
Tap profile.
Tap the pencil icon to the right of your preferred name.
Tap replace photo.
Tap the picture icon at the bottom right of the camera screen.
Upload the selfie you just took.
Click the check mark at the top right to save.
Tap Save.
Your profile picture should be saved now. If you continue to have issues with this, please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to our support team with the form in the orange chat bubble below.
