Profile Picture Troubleshooting

If you are having issues getting your selfie taken for your profile picture, try the below:

  • Take a selfie and save it on your phone.

  • Complete the rest of your Pro Profile.

  • From the Home (Shifts) page, tap the three lines at the top right.

  • Tap profile.

  • Tap the pencil icon to the right of your preferred name.

  • Tap replace photo.

  • Tap the picture icon at the bottom right of the camera screen.

  • Upload the selfie you just took.

  • Click the check mark at the top right to save.

  • Tap Save.

Your profile picture should be saved now. If you continue to have issues with this, please take a screenshot of the issue and send it to our support team with the form in the orange chat bubble below.
