Insurance information not saving

If you are receiving an error on the insurance information page like "Failed to Save" please see below:
Do not auto-fill your information; please enter all your information manually to ensure recording
Enter a valid street address in the United States (no P.O. Boxes)
Enter apartment or unit numbers in address line 2
Enter your city and state, these fields are not prepopulated
Enter your birthdate as MM/DD/YYYY (e.g.,11/08/1985)
The Save and Continue button should be purple for you to save your information. If this still is not working, please text our Support team directly at 79425 and include a screenshot of the insurance page so we can provide a better solution.
