Insurance information not saving

If you are receiving an error on the insurance information page like "Failed to Save" please see below:

  1. Do not auto-fill your information; please enter all your information manually to ensure recording

  2. Enter a valid street address in the United States (no P.O. Boxes)

  3. Enter apartment or unit numbers in address line 2

  4. Enter your city and state, these fields are not prepopulated

  5. Enter your birthdate as MM/DD/YYYY (e.g.,11/08/1985)

The Save and Continue button should be purple for you to save your information. If this still is not working, please fill out our support form in the chat box below and include a screenshot of the insurance page so we can provide a better solution.
