If you received a notification that you were selected for a shift but don’t see the shift available when you tap the notification, it likely means the shift has already been confirmed by another pro.
To ensure shifts are filled quickly, businesses often select multiple pros for the same opportunity. The first pro to confirm the shift gets it.
