Duplicate profiles and/or sharing profiles or shifts are not allowed

Pro profiles cannot be shared, and pros can only have one active profile. Pros cannot take another pro's place on a shift for security and OAI insurance purposes. If pros try to share a profile, or if a pro tries to work a shift in another pro's place, both pros will be suspended from the platform. If a pro creates a duplicate profile without notifying our support team with a valid reason why, the pro may be suspended from the platform.
