How to Update Your Debit Card

  1. Tap on the earnings tab on the home page of the app

  2. Tap the payout dashboard button

  3. Tap three lines at the top left and choose settings

  4. Scroll down and tap payout details

  5. Tap the pencil icon next to your debit card info

  6. Enter your previous account info requested

  7. Tap the debit card tab

  8. Enter your new debit card number

  9. Tap save

If you do not have access to your old/current account anymore that you need to change, then please see the following article "Get Stripe Help for Lost Cards or Payment Accounts"

**Note, Stripe has initiated a pause on using the Instant Payment feature for 48 hours after a Pro changes their payment method to a debit card or changes out their debit card. After the 48-hour period is over, you will be able to use the Instant Payment feature. **
