Instant Confirming a Shift

Location Permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt Pros to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply for or confirm Shifts without this setting

Pros can now Instantly Confirm a Shift. This feature is only available to Pros who meet specific requirements for a Shift posted on our marketplace app.

If you see a Shift in the app with a tan banner above it that says "Get instantly confirmed with this Shift", when you open the Shift card up, the button at the bottom will say "Confirm Shift and add to your schedule" instead of "Apply for this Shift". If you tap "Confirm Shift and add to schedule", you will be confirmed and the Shift will be added to your schedule to go to work.

Be careful! You must read the Shift card entirely before you "Confirm Shift and add to schedule"! If you realize after you Instantly Confirm you cannot make it to the Shift on time and in proper uniform, ready to work, you will be subject to our Cancellation Policy (if applicable) when you Cancel the Shift.
