Using the Qwick Instant Pay Feature

You just got paid for your Gig! Get your money in less than 30 minutes with Qwick's Instant Pay feature with the steps below:

  1. When the business pays you, you will get a "You've been paid! Get your money instantly." notification in the app.

  2. Under the Instant Payout prompt in the Earnings tab, tap the "Tell Me More" button.

  3. The next screen will explain the Instant Pay feature, including the 3% fee for using the feature.

  4. Tap the "I Understand" button, and then you will be returned to the Earnings tab.

  5. Tap the "Instant Payout" button.

  6. Tap the "ok" button to approve the Instant Pay and the 3% fee.

  7. You will get a green notification stating a payout has been sent to your bank, and you should receive the money in 30 minutes or less.

  8. Once the payment is complete, you will see a payment, a payout, and a refund. The refund is Qwick's 3% fee for the transaction, and the payout is the amount of money you were sent.

Pros must have a minimum of $20 in their Stripe account to use the Instant Pay feature. Prepaid debit Cards are not supported by Stripe for Instant Payment.

*Note, Stripe, our payment partner, has initiated a pause on using the Instant Payment feature for 48 hours after a Pro changes their payment method to a debit card or changes out their debit card. After the 48-hour period is over, you will be able to use the Instant Payment feature. *
