Injuries on a Shift
If a professional is injured on a shift, please do the following:
Assess the situation and provide first aid
If additional help is needed - send the professional to the emergency room and clock them out at the time the injury occurred.
Let the professional know they can start the claim process by going to www.bluestarclaims.com to fill out the Claim Forms online (this is the fastest option), calling 480-579-2501, emailing intake@bluestarclaims.com or fill out our support form with the professional’s name, shift date/time and what happened so we are aware of the incident and can reach out to them.
Be sure to approve the time they were there for, so there is a record of their insurance coverage.
After this - the insurance company will take it from there! Feel free to reach out to Qwick support if we can assist you in getting another professional out to the shift if needed.
