Dismissing a Pro

To dismiss a Pro from a Shift that is already past the end time:

  1. Click on the home tab

  2. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the schedule card

  3. Click dismiss pro

  4. Choose your reason for the dismissal (like no call, no show)

  5. Leave a note

  6. Block the Pro so you won't see their applications in the future (optional)

To dismiss a Pro from a Shift that has not ended yet:

  1. Click the schedule tab

  2. Click Show Confirmed Pros

  3. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the Shift card

  4. Click dismiss pro

  5. Choose a reason for the dismissal (like no call, no show)

  6. Leave a note

  7. Block the Pro so you won't see their applications in the future (optional)
