Pro No Call/No Shows

We are sorry this happened! At Qwick, we have a zero-tolerance policy for Pros who fail to show for a confirmed Shift. If a Pro fails to show their profile rating and completion rate will drop, and they will be suspended from the platform for at least 5 days.

If the Pro who confirmed the Shift did not show up or cancel within the app before the Shift start time, then please do the following:

From your phone or PC/laptop, go to biz.qwick.com, log in as needed

  1. Click the schedule tab in the menu on the left

  2. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the Shift to cancel the Shift

  3. List the reason as no call & no show

  4. Block the Pro if you do not wish to see the Pro's applications anymore

OR

  1. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name

  2. Click dismiss Pro and select reason as no call, no show, and add any extra info as needed

  3. Block the Pro if you don’t wish to see the Pro's applications anymore
