Cancelling Shifts & Dismissing Pros

Dismiss a Pro with No Penalties

If you need or want to dismiss a Pro without the Pro incurring any marks against their record:

To dismiss a Pro from a Shift that is already past the end time:

  1. Click on the home tab

  2. Click Show Confirmed Pros

  3. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the Shift card

  4. Click dismiss pro

  5. Choose your reason as OTHER, this will keep the Pro from being flagged

  6. Leave a note

To dismiss a Pro from a Gig that has not ended yet:

  1. Click the schedule tab

  2. Click Show Confirmed Pros

  3. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the Shift card

  4. Click dismiss pro

  5. Choose your reason as OTHER, this will keep the Pro from being flagged

  6. Leave a note
