Cancelling a Posted Shift

From your Phone or PC/Laptop, go to biz.qwick.com

  1. Find the Shift on the home page if the Gig is over, or in the schedule tab if the Shift is not over

  2. Click/tap the three dots on the top right of the Shift Card and click/tap cancel Shift

  3. Choose the reason for canceling, add an explanation, rate the Pro (if needed), and block the Pro (if you want to)
