Cancelling a posted shift

From your phone or desktop, go to biz.qwick.com.

1. Find the shift on the home page if the shift is over, or in the Schedule tab if the shift is not over

2. Click/tap the three dots on the top right of the shift card and tap Cancel Shift

3. Choose the reason for canceling, add an explanation, rate the pro (if needed), and block the pro (if desired)
