Pro profile ratings explained

  • When you complete a shift, you will get a profile rating (1-5 stars) from the business

  • A pro's profile rating is the average of all the ratings they have received

  • New pros will not have their rating displayed in the app or to business partners until they have received 5 ratings, and that displayed rating will be the average of the 5 ratings they have received

Pros will receive automatic ratings for the following:

  • Cancelling a confirmed shift within 24 hours of the shift start time = 3-star rating

  • Cancelling a confirmed shift within 12 hours of the shift start time = 2-star rating

  • Pro fails to show for a confirmed shift = 1-star rating

All ratings and comments from businesses are kept confidential to ensure open and honest feedback. Specific details aren’t shared so that users can provide their experiences transparently.

That said, our support team reviews all ratings to make sure they’re fair and reasonable. When low ratings occur, we provide actionable feedback and guidance to help you improve and succeed on future shifts.
