Pro Profile Ratings Explained

Pro Profile Ratings explained

  • When a Pro completes a Shift, they will get a profile rating (1-5 stars) from the business

  • A Pro's profile rating is the average of all the ratings they have received

  • New Pros will not have their rating displayed in the app or to business partners until they have received 5 ratings, and that displayed rating will be the average of the 5 ratings they have received

Pros will receive automatic ratings for the following:

  • Cancelling a confirmed Shift within 24 hours of the Shift start time = 3-star rating

  • Cancelling a confirmed Shift within 12 hours of the Shift start time = 2-star rating

  • Pro fails to show for a confirmed Shift= 1 star rating

Ratings are static and cannot be adjusted. Pros with high ratings get selected more often.
