Minimum Performance Requirements

In order to maintain a healthy marketplace and ensure new pros have an opportunity to prove themselves, Qwick maintains a minimum performance threshold. Below are some of the requirements that must be met at all times for Pros to have continued access to the platform:

• Pro must maintain a 3.5 Star Rating or better

• Pro must maintain a 75% completion rate or better

• Pro must have fewer than 3 NCNS/CO flags every 12 months of platform access

• Pro must adhere to all Gigpro Terms & Conditions

• Pros must be on time for Shifts. Pros that are reported as being excessively or continuously late will be penalized

• Pros must be in proper uniform for Shifts, as described in the Shift requirements. Pros who are out of uniform can be sent home, and repeated reports of uniform violations can result in penalties

• Pros must maintain professionalism and professional standards when working Shifts or interacting with business partners or Gigpro staff at all times. Repeated reports of unprofessional behavior or standards will result in penalties

• Pros reported as being under the influence of alcohol/drugs or suspected of such can be penalized, and repeated reports of this will result in penalties

If a Pro fails to meet the requirements above, their profiles may be disabled for anywhere from 14 days to permanently.
