Minimum performance requirements

Edited

In order to maintain a healthy marketplace and ensure new pros have an opportunity to prove themselves, Qwick maintains a minimum performance threshold. Below are the requirements that must be met at all times for pros to have continued access to the platform:

  • Maintain a 3.0-star rating or better (we recommend aiming for 4.0+) — a rating below 3.0 makes your account subject to removal

  • Have fewer than 3 unexcused no call/no shows or last-minute call outs within any 6-month period

  • Be on time for shifts — pros reported as excessively or continuously late will be penalized

  • Be in proper uniform for shifts, as described in the shift requirements — pros out of uniform can be sent home, and repeated uniform violations can result in penalties

  • Maintain professionalism and professional standards when working shifts or interacting with business partners or the Qwick team at all times — repeated reports of unprofessional behavior will result in penalties

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs — pros reported or suspected of this can be penalized, and repeated reports will result in penalties

  • Adhere to all Terms of Use

How to stay above the line

  • If you can't make a shift, cancel as early as you can in the app — last-minute call outs and no-shows count against you most

  • Only accept shifts you're confident you can work

  • Arrive early, check in with the on-site manager, and come in proper uniform

  • Every strong shift raises your rating — past ratings can't be changed, but new ones outweigh them

You can find your rating anytime by tapping the menu (☰) in the Qwick app — it's at the top, right under your name. If an emergency affected a shift, reach out to support and we'll review it case by case.
