Completion rates explained
Completion rate is the stat that shows how reliable a pro is.
If a pro works a shift, the completion rate goes up or stays at 100%
If a pro cancels a confirmed shift within 24 hours of start time, the completion rate goes down
If a pro fails to show on a confirmed shift, the completion rate goes down
Pro profiles will display the number of shifts worked and the completion rate for those shifts
If a pro is suspended from the platform, any confirmed shifts upcoming in the next 24 hours that are cancelled as a result of the suspension will count against the pro.
For instance, if a pro has 4 shifts worked and a 100% completion rate, then gets suspended for a call-out or a no-show that cancels an upcoming shift within 24 hours, their new completion rate will be 67% (4 Gigs worked of 6 Confirmed). Pros with high completion rates get selected more often.
