Completion Rates Explained
Completion Rate is the stat that shows how reliable a Pro is
If a Pro works a Shift, the completion rate goes up or stays at 100%
If a Pro cancels a confirmed Shift within 24 hours of start time, the completion rate goes down
If a Pro fails to show on a confirmed Shift, the completion rate goes down
Pro Profiles will display the number of Shifts worked and the completion rate for those Shifts
If a Pro is suspended from the platform, any confirmed Shifts upcoming in the next 24 hours that are cancelled as a result of the suspension will count against the Pro. IE, if a pro has 4 Shifts worked and a 100% completion rate, then gets suspended for a Call Out or a No Show that cancels an upcoming Shift within 24 hours, their new completion rate will be 67% (4 Gigs worked of 6 Confirmed). Pros with high completion rates get selected more often.
