Review and Select Applicants

Once your shift has applicants, you can review each Professional's profile before sending offers.

To review applicants

  1. Log in to biz.qwick.com.

  2. Select Schedule.

  3. Open the shift.

  4. Select Select Pros.

From here you can:

  • Sort applicants by:

    • Most Recently Applied

    • Star Rating

    • Completion Rate

    • Shifts Completed

  • Filter applicants by:

    • Skills

    • Previously worked at your location

    • Qwick Verified

    • Favorited Professionals

  • Review each Professional's:

    • Rating

    • Completion Rate

    • Bio

    • Work History

Select one or multiple Professionals using the checkbox next to their name.

Tip: Selecting multiple Professionals increases the likelihood of filling your shift quickly. Offers are sent to all selected Professionals, and the first eligible Professional(s) to confirm will secure the shift.

Select Send Offer to Selected Pros to send invitations.

Once someone confirms, you'll receive a notification and can view the confirmed Professional in your Schedule.

Selecting Professionals for Bundled Shifts

If your shift is part of a bundled schedule:

  1. Open any shift within the bundle.

  2. Filter applicants using Bundled Applicants.

  3. Select the Professionals you'd like to invite.

  4. The system will prompt you to include the entire bundle.

Professionals may choose to confirm:

  • One shift

  • Multiple shifts

  • All bundled shifts

Note: Professionals are only eligible for any bundled shift bonus if they confirm and complete every shift in the bundle.

Create Professional Groups

Professional Groups help you quickly send offers to your preferred Professionals without searching each time.

Examples include:

  • Favorite Servers

  • Preferred Bartenders

  • Line Cooks

  • Event Staff

  • 5-Star Professionals

Important: Before creating or editing a group, verify the location selector at the top of the page is set to the correct business location.

Create a Group

  1. Select Connect.

  2. Open the Groups tab.

  3. Select New Group.

  4. Enter a group name.

  5. Open the Pros tab.

  6. Search for Professionals.

  7. Select the bookmark icon on a Professional's profile to add them to the group.

Edit a Professional Group

To manage an existing group:

  1. Open Connect > Groups.

  2. Select the group.

  3. Choose Edit Pros to add or remove Professionals.

  4. Select the three-dot menu to:

    • Rename the group

    • Delete the group

Groups can be used anytime to quickly send shift offers to your preferred Professionals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send offers to more than one Professional?

Yes. You can send offers to multiple Professionals at the same time. The first eligible Professional(s) to confirm will receive the shift.

How do I choose the best applicants?

Review each Professional's rating, completion rate, work history, bio, skills, previous experience at your location, and Qwick verification status.

Can I invite Professionals I've worked with before?

Yes. Use filters or Professional Groups to quickly find and invite Professionals you've previously worked with or favorited.

What are Professional Groups?

Professional Groups are custom lists of preferred Professionals that make it faster to send future shift offers.

Can I edit a Professional Group later?

Yes. You can add or remove Professionals, rename the group, or delete it at any time.

What happens with bundled shifts?

Professionals can confirm one or multiple bundled shifts. However, they must confirm and complete every shift in the bundle to qualify for any bundled shift bonus.

Can I message confirmed Professionals?

Yes. Once a Professional confirms a shift, you can communicate with them using Qwick's in-app messaging feature until payment for the shift has been processed.
