Most shifts are approved and processed automatically. However, if a shift contains unusual clock-in or clock-out activity, it may require verification before payment is processed.

You can review shifts awaiting verification in either location:

Go to Pay.
Business App or Dashboard
Open the shift from the Schedule tab.
Do all shifts require verification?
No.
Most shifts are automatically approved when the Professional:
Arrives on time.
Clocks in and out using the Qwick app.
Clocks in and out while onsite.
Has attendance that matches the expected shift.
Only shifts with attendance that falls outside expected parameters are flagged for verification.
When is payment processed?
Automatically approved shifts: Payment begins processing immediately after the shift is completed.
Verified shifts: Payment begins processing once the shift has been verified.
Unverified flagged shifts: If no action is taken, payment begins processing after the 48-hour verification window expires.
